About Me

My Story

RelationShape will help you build healthy relationships with your partner, your body, and your brain (yourself). Welcome to RelationShape. My name is Eric Thomas. I played College Football at 280 pounds. After graduation, the stress of work, life, relationships, and unresolved trauma took its toll. I started emotional eating and began to gain weight. At my heaviest, I was about 380 pounds. I tried fad diets and always had a gym membership, but was unable to stick to any fitness program. Knowing that I was a former athlete, my Dr. encouraged me to stick to a weight training and healthy eating regimen.
